ذهبي تطبيق من SKA يعرض أسعار الذهب والفضة في السعودية لحظة بلحظة. هذه الصفحة تجيب عن الأسئلة الشائعة، ولأي شيء آخر راسلنا مباشرة.

من أين تأتي الأسعار؟

من مصدر أسعار المعادن العالمي metals.dev محوّلة إلى الريال السعودي. الأسعار المعروضة هي سعر المعدن الخام للجرام، ولا تشمل أجور الصياغة أو هامش التاجر.

التنبيهات لا تصلني

تأكد أن الإشعارات مفعّلة في إعدادات الجهاز لتطبيق ذهبي، ثم من داخل التطبيق في تبويب التنبيهات. إذا حذفت التطبيق وأعدت تثبيته فستحتاج إلى إعادة إنشاء التنبيهات.

الاشتراك والاسترجاع

اشتراك ذهبي بريميوم يُدار بالكامل عبر Apple. لإلغاء الاشتراك أو تغييره: الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات. لطلب استرجاع المبلغ استخدم صفحة reportaproblem.apple.com.

محفظتي اختفت

بيانات المحفظة تُحفظ على جهازك فقط ولا تُرفع إلى أي خادم. حذف التطبيق يحذفها. ننصح بتفعيل نسخ iCloud الاحتياطي للجهاز.

Dhahabi is an app by SKA that shows live gold and silver prices in Saudi Arabia. This page answers the common questions. For anything else, write to us directly.

Where do the prices come from?

From the metals.dev market feed, converted to Saudi riyals. The prices shown are raw spot prices per gram and do not include workmanship fees or dealer margins.

I'm not getting alerts

Check that notifications are allowed for Dhahabi in your device Settings, then in the app's Alerts tab. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, you'll need to create your alerts again.

Subscriptions and refunds

Dhahabi Premium is managed entirely by Apple. To cancel or change it: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

My portfolio disappeared

Portfolio data lives only on your device and is never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes it. We recommend keeping iCloud backup on for your device.
